Benton and I are praying so hard Cheri that you find your precious little baby Shadow

Praying that Shadow returns home safe & very hungry. Both my sons have cats and are mailnly indoor cats, however the oldest one DID manage to fall out of a second story window onto a cement patio one time and roam the neighborhood for a couple of days. I agree with what others have said, a neutered male still wants to scout out the neighborhood once he's outside! LOL Hugs to ya chemar,

thanks you so much for posting this Curious and to all who are praying for us and especially for Shadow

I had so hoped to find him by the door this morning but did not
needless to say it has been a sleepless night for us.

I have posted online ads as well as put up flyers in the neighborhood. Called ER vet but not there and will be at the shelter when they open at 10am

this is heartbreaking for all of us, after the miracle recovery and joy that Shadow has been, but especially my youngest son, who got Shadow when his beloved dog, Millie died, almost exactly a year ago. It has devastated him

our deepest concern is that Shadow has special needs cos of his neuro probs and the specific diet he needs to survive.

we value your continued prayers, and especially that, whatever has happened to Shadow, he will not be suffering.

oh and what a story!!!

I was at the shelter when they opened at 10am, and waiting to be taken to the stray cats section.......when two ladies came in with a box, containing two tiny grey kitten sisters that she had found left on her doorstep this morning.

before they even had a chance to fill out papers for them, and especially when I saw the one had a white moon tummy just like Shadow, I heard myself say "I will take them!"

at that moment the lady came to take me to the strays and I asked the other ladies to wait.

not finding Shadow, I came out and the kittens (just a few weeks old by look of them) had already been transferred to a clean carry crate for me to take them

I arrived home and called family to see the new guys, sharing joy over them and tears over Shadow.........when the phone rang.....neighbor down the road...just saw Shadow peeking out the storm drain
I ran there so fast and crawled in and grabbed him! I dont know where he spent the night....but he looks ok, albeit scared, hungry and thirsty....and not a little puzzled at these two lil girls in his home!!

Thank you so very much for your thoughts and prayers.
God heard and answered in a truly amazing way............
