And let me add my prayers for your friend and his father. You are so compassionate to ask for this Idealist.

What can I say? You guys are awesome!

I printed your hopes and prayers and used them to create a card to send to Mr. Raymond at the hospital. Thanks again everyone.

And BTW, my son is at home right now, and today I got him a good full-time job for the first time in his life. But the charges he faces are serious. Nothing violent of course, he's a really good-hearted boy. But he got caught up in the wrong crowd, and did some stupid things. I'm hoping and praying that by making him a productive person, and sending him to counseling, I can keep him out of serving any jail time. After that I'll have a lot more time to start working on his heart and soul.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Idealist

what a relief to hear that your son is home, Idealist and I do pray that this will be a turning point for better in his life. He is blessed to have a dad who will stand by him this way

I hope your friend will be greatly encouraged by the card you made of our prayers for Richard, his dad.

Good luck to you and your son. It's hard I know but you're a good Dad and there isn't anything we won't do for our children, right? No matter what their age - they are still our kids. You'll be blessed for your generosity and kindness to others. You're setting a good example for your son - I pray that he will listen to you and straighten up.

Hi Rich.. I am sorry I am so late at seeing this, but I will still send a prayer to this man and his family. My dear Father passed away from colon ca 4 yrs ago and it was a devasting time for us all.

I am glad to hear your son is on the right track now, too. You are a very kind, considerate person and I think the world needs more people JUST like you. take care and good luck to your son.
