I'm so glad that I made people feel good for a change. It was such a surreal experience that it's hard to explain. At first I was afraid, afraid of what I'd see if I turned around. I remember when my mom passed away. I was at work and got a call from the hospital to get there right away. By the time I got there she was gone. But I still talked to her in the ER. I told her I'm hoping that if there is a way she can come back I'd be so grateful to know that's she alright. But I begged her not to show herself because I know I'd lose it. I asked her just to give a sign so I know she's there. And she does that. I walk in my door so many times and the house smells of lilacs, her favorite flower. She bought me this bear one Christmas and when you push his paw he plays Christmas carols. These past two Christmas' the bear started playing and I was no where near it. I just cried and said Merry Christmas mom.

So when I turned around I expected to see her standing there. It's so hard to explain what warmth I felt and I actually felt like someone was hugging me, with a nice gentle touch. It was a feeling that I don't ever want to lose.
