That's GREAT news!!! Thank you so much for updating us - I was checking every 15 minutes after about 4:30 PM EST.

I hope she stays the night - just to be on the safe side and to get some rest (I know...rest in a hospital??).

I'm so glad things turned out well.....just proves the power of prayer!!

Thank you so much, Cin. I saw your post on another thread, but I'm just so glad the surgery is over and our girl is on the road to recovery. I have been on edge all day thinking of her.

Glory be, our Judy has this surgery behind her now and she'll soon be home in her new jammies and her own bed.

Praying Juyai

I am sorry that I do not know Nurse Nancy, but after reading this thread I feel closer.
My prayers are with Judy and her family and friends. May they find strength and support with each other and from above.
Every thought that is sent is a prayer from the heart.

JUDY'S HOME!!!!!!!

I just talked with Judy's wonderful friend, Cathy and they got home today around 5:30pm. She's quite exhausted, but Cathy is very enthusiastic and wanted me to report that Judy looks great, is moving around well and had a very, very good nap today. Early in the evening, she went to bed and is now down for the count in her own home with her best friend. It just don't get no better than that!

AMEN!

This is a dupe of a post in the Stumble Inn and Weightloss forums. I'm tired.

Ahhh shucks Judy, twarnt nuthin.

The important thing is that you are HOME and feeling well enough to post. I hope your strength returns and that you can soon put all this behind you.

A nice lady at Albertsons helped me print off some pics. Found out she was a breast cancer survivor of 4 years. Her cheerfulness was so infectious -- I walked away with real admiration for her and anyone who can submit themselves to everything involved with such a nasty disease, and come out smiling.

Bravo to you, Judy!
