Default Need prayers for my MIL

My dear MIL hasn't been feeling good for the last few months. Not eating much, losing weight and complaining of stomach pain.

She spent a few days last month in the hospital where they ran just about every test under the sun.

She had an ultrasound on her belly and they found some "lesions". They did a biopsy two days ago and told her they think it is Lymphoma. She will get the results tomorrow.

Please say a prayer for her. Our family is very close and this news(I just found out yesterday)has really shocked us.

I feel just awful. For those who don't know it, My mil and fil live with us and seeing them anxiously waiting for the results is very upsetting to me.

I don't know what to say, or what to do for her.

Thanks for listening

We are pulling for her.

Well the doctor hasn't called yet. It will be today or tomorrow.

We are all very nervous about this. My mil whom I love alot tends to be a mind over matter type of a person. She also can be a bit negative too.

As soon as they mentioned lymphoma she became sicker than she was. I think what scares her the most is some of the biopsy's came back inconclusive and they are rechecking some.

When they went in for the biopsy the doctor told her there were 100's of lesions and couldn't biopsy all of them.

She has gone downhill since then.

It's like a watched pot. Keep staring at the phone that doesn't ring.

Saying a prayer for your MIL that the tests come back negative. Waiting is so hard; take care of yourself too, Bethie.
