Glad to hear they don't feel it's anything serious, Tricia, but do keep us posted. Didn't you know that being a Mom is a stressful, hard, but soooo rewarding job???
Sure ya did, that's why your DD's love ya. We kinda like ya around here, too!

Just wandered in myself. Man, I'm just so glad she's okay! Keep us posted and make sure that mom gets her rest too, okay?

Thanks everyone. She still has vertigo but absolutely nothing like yesterday. Between all the Valium they gave her last night and the Antivert she took today, she is still pretty out of. She's been sleeping on and off all day. She is able to move around a bit without the world spinning around her.
She is such a smiley, happy girl so when we told her about the entertainment she provided on the way home last night and she smiled I knew that she was doing better. 20 minutes of random off the wall statements is what DD18 and I got last night. |

Praying for Tricia and Shannon that God brings healing and the Holy Spirit brings comfort.

Again, thanks for the prayers, good vibes, and keeping her in your thoughts.
I posted this in the Insights thread . . . DD16 is slowly improving. She is still somewhat dizzy but is moving around better. Yesterday she didn't drink all that much and I was getting worried about her. With the medicine she is on, it can dehydrate you fairly quickly. I explained it to her and she finally started drinking more as she doesn't want to get dehydrated and have to get another IV. She still did not drink near as much as she should be drinking. She refused any water so I made her iced tea which she on took a few sips from. I gave her juice, which she didn't drink. We went to my parents yesterday afternoon and had dinner over there. She did drink a soda and some lemonade. After dinner I went out and bought her some Gatorade. She loves Gatorade but barely drank any of that. Today I am really going to push the liquids on her. |
