Tricia, Sorry I did not see this thread earlier. Hope your daughter is feeling better and keep pushing those fluids. Remind her that you know personally the effects of dehydration.

How's she doing today, Tricia? I hope things are getting better. And....I hope you get to go to the GTG on Saturday! Nobody else can get sick, okay?!

Trish,

I just saw this post. I hope your daughter is doing ok. Valium is a very good drug for vertigo and dizziness. It's one of the first meds they put me on and I've been taking it for 16 years now.

I hope the doctor's find out what is causing this. I suffer from migraines also and they are very dehydrating and pure misery.

Take care. I'll keep you and your daughter in my prayers.

Hugs

She's been drinking fluids today! Yeah! She has almost made 64 oz (that doesn't include the smoothie as well as the vitamin packet mixed with water). I am so relieved. I was really starting to get worried about her.

For the 1st time since Monday, she actually picked up the computer to play on line. Other than that she has just been laying on the couch sleeping on and off all week (I'm sure the combination of not feeling well and the meds had something to do with it). It's so good to see her starting to come around.
