i'm so sorry. i'm terribly late finding your thread and your surgery is already over.

i'm glad it went as best as possible. i applaud your plan of care and attitude.
how can anyone write off your hand until professionals have even had a chance to evaluate it?????? docs have been wrong before. it may take some time but don't quit trying. ever.

i know it will be difficult to keep the brace on that long. but you will make it.
when i had my CTR i thought i would scream before the 10 were up before the dressing came off and my stitches were out.

you don't have to write. i know it must be hard with only one hand.
but know you're in my thoughts and prayers and i'm wishing you the very best. i pray you get back as much function as your body allows.
