Bosses who rant, fuss, and cut down their employees should not be able to get away with it. I've been through it. I know exactly what it can do to a person.

I think that they are working on the problem in the UK. I read something about it on the internet a couple of years ago. I'm saying another prayer for your husband. It's not fair for these bully type bosses to get away with it. BF

Well today was the frist day my DH had contact with his boss this week since he has been out at client meetings all week. The boss is just being beyond cold to him publicly and my DH has said that apparently the boss spoke to HQ and went on record with his HQ counterparts about their problems. And the out of town management that was in gave DH a heads up about it and told him to do what he can to improve the situation. BUt in the end even those the management at HQ really like and support DH there is nothing they can do to stop this man or whatever his plan is.

My poor DH was even more dejected today after the out of town manager alerted him to the conversations.

I am so angry right now and I am trying so hard to focus my prayers on this boss in a positive way, I really am trying to pray for him but I really just want him to get whats coming to him.

A good friend reminded me that borrowing her slingshot would be useless and that I need to leave it to GOD who has a much bigger and better slingshot and will take care of this howwver it needs to be handled.

So I am trying to let go and let God.

I'm sorry to hear that his boss is so cold. These at work volatile situations are very grievous. I'm sending (((Hugs))) to you all. BF

It was sad last night when my DH told me he felt like a victim of abuse.

Shelley,

I've been where you are and all i can say is that I'm soo sorry that your hubby is being treated that way.
As a wife we feel helpless all we can do is be supportive .

Even though its really tough now that he will probably be finding a better job.

Hugs and good luck
Cindy

Arrow document everything...

keep a journal and document every conversation and save every email.

If they are trying to force people to quit, without grounds, and cannot fire them, then this abuse will add up in the future.
Might lead to a wrongful termination suit, or whatever.

Writing it out, is also therapeutic... like a vent.

You need to get Snakes in Suits ASAP... it covers this aspect very well!

Good luck...my regards and support to both of you!

might be something to consider...

I'd get on record with his version of events that have transpired also...
so they don't think boss has the only version....

Are there any video surveillance cameras, with voice recorders on them in the proximity of where they work? Just a idea. Could anyone else add to this? BF

Hubby needs to keep records of any conversation with his boss....

I will keep hubby (you too) and his boss in my prayers....
