Heart

Hi my dear friends,
My Sunday Update,

Financially, my Dh got called back to work temp. So we will have our benefits.
I got an EUC extension for several more weeks of unemployment.

I guess no news is good news for again this week to the legal challanges. There are still health woo's with the kids, older son and youngest dd.

Dd had to see a dentist, it turned out to be a disintagrating baby tooth not a broken molar, but hse had a huge panic attack and refuse an Xray. I have a cleaning tomorrow and I know she will refuse to go....I will still try.

I try to remain positive and keep busy, but the body fails. No Motavation, Today was Super Bowl and did not even make snacks, but I did upload some items to Ebay.
Where are my Priorities? Is it just survival mode that lets me do what I can?

I pray every morning and read the postings here all week. Why so many sad things happen, why do we face such challanges and heart aches. We keep our prayers for each other going.

I can't let the kids see me down, I look busy, I go to meeting, community things.
And I come here to read and find my friends.

I am still so scared someting will go wrong, and I will never find answers or justice for the loss our family has had.

Maybe tomorrow I can actually do the laundry and put it away. If feel more energy after I post here.
My thanks for your support and prayers as mine continue to you.
honey

Default Honeybear,

I'm not sure how old your kids are. But I always tried to hide my worries and tears from my kids. But they were too smart. They know something is wrong. I should have told them, whenever possible, what was wrong rather than saying nothing. I've discovered that was not a good thing, because my daughter has grown up wanting to hide her problems. It's not a good thing. And I blame myself because she got it from me. So don't be too hard on yourself. Let them know it's ok to have trouble dealing with things sometime. And demonstrate to them how to pray and lean on God. Let them see how he works in your life.

I'm just rambling and am definitely not an expert. But, if I had it to do again, I would do it different. And if someone could have helped me see it, I would have been grateful.

And give yourself a break. So there were no nachos and brownies! I'll bet they didn't starve to death, and the outcome to the game was the same!

Prayers and blessings for you!
