To me it means bearing my soul before the Lord my God in prayer. God know all our sins. He wants us to confess them before him and he will give us peace. He wants us to give him all of our burdens. Once you give it to the Lord he will help you work through what ever is holding you back.
Proverbs 3 5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not unto your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge him, and he will direct your path.

I agree with you. We must confess everything to God to heal properly. We can't hold anything back. He knows it anyway.

We also must forgive people,or try to. This may take some time. If you can't,pray for God to help you to be willing to. We need Gods help to forgive.

Hatred is like a toxin, and it consumes us. We are not created to hate people,or to be bitter.

The Lord was being crusified on the cross, and He said Father forgive them, for they know not what they do.

I'm still struggling with new wrongs that have been done to me. I'm still trying to forgive past, and present people who have done me wrong.

Please pray for God to help me to forgive people, who have done me wrong.

Pandoras box is some sort of ancient myth. I don't think I've seen it in the Bible. Has anyone seen where it's in the Bible? I don't think that it is. BF
