I'm not surprised that New York got a "U" in the Mental Healthcare System in our country. Governor Pataki and Mayor Giuliani didn't help the situation when they let out a lot of patients into the streets without caring, and also sending patients to New Jersey.

I hope this country manages to boost it's healthcare system for everyone.
