For Australians

Beyond Blue Helpline

http://www.sane.org/

http://www.lifeline.org.au/find_help/suicide_prevention

Also, for immediate help call Lifeline’s 24 hour telephone counselling line on
13 11 14.

In case of emergency or when life is in danger call 000.
Do NOT phone 911 if in Australia in emergency.
You need to phone 000.
