Hi Pooh

This is Cheryl, Mark's friend. I am posting to Mark's site each day with an update and for his friends to post to him. He is on so much meds that he can't find the keyboard to type; but does enjoy ready the posts for him. So if you could go on his site you can get the " Mark's Daily News"
