I wondered the same thing when he said that - about turning 'off' while swimming and I thought .......'wwwwhy?'...:confused:
But you know, he's the almighty Wizard of doctorness, so I just went along with him and acted as tho it made complete sense......

Well I havent been swimming for a while, ahem a loooonnnnng while:rolleyes:but if thats the case that you need to 'turn it off'' would a shower qualify also......:confused:

I have a shower everyday:eek:SHOULD I TURN OFF:D

Same when they say turn off while your driving....again you know whether you can or not. In my case, although I havent actually driven yet, I will keep it on I feel, because otherwise what is the point in me having it, if I cant use it to help with the pains in my legs while driving;)

I can just see us now.....

Walmart my friend, Walmart..... seriously, there is a certain smiley subscription site to which our dear friend Rae subscribes which has all of these cool and outlandish smiley faces.

How about that? I think if you just click on the particular one which interests you, a redirect will occur taking you to the site..... anyway, I think I stumbled and bumbled in there once on a lark. The site is called glitter-graphics.com a fun place for such stuff.

Thought I read somewhere that it's advisable to turn it off when in hot tub or sauna....but then I was told it's ok to go to suntanning bed. Confusing :confused:

I do not have a clue about that. I have been in the Therapy Pool as prescribed with the unit running, and it has not electrocuted me or shorted out or given trouble due to my body being immersed. Since it is all internal, I just let it run, do my thing, and get out. Now as for a sun tanning bed. I do not know. Suntanning?:eek:

Hmmmmm, well when we had our surgery we were told not to have showers:eek:remember!.....well that was obviously because the wound needed time to heal yes?!....so its now healed and I shower every day, so Im guessing its all closed up now and 'sealed':D so I cant see why we couldnt go in a sauna, or even on a sunbed....I prefer fake tan myself;):D

Just tell them some old nurse told you she didnt turn the darn thing off cause once she did then the darn thingy wouldn't come back on and since then she REFUSES to shut if off in case it gets another wild hair
