I'm crying .. well I'm not, but I could. I overdid it today. Went on a walk and could hardly put one foot in front of the other on the way back up the hill. (Trust me to live at the top of a hill)

All I want to do is go to bed and let my body relax .. but Mike is late in from work tonight .. but not too late .. it should be 9 ish .. and if I'm not up he will sulk. Does anyone else get this?

I am pushing and pushing myself to try and keep things normal here and a part of me wishes I could just REST!

He's started a new job within the same company, but there's a lot more pressure and because he is the sole bread winner now he not only wants to succeed, he has to succeed. Therefore I'm trying to support him and not moan .. but today's been a bugger!

I have my 15mg Diazepam after the walk as my back was locking up and that's not helping re. the sleepy head feeling. I need pills to wake me up !!
