Default SCS FAQ's

A while back someone brought up a good point as to whether or not we have a FAQ thread available.....
I put one in the 'stickies' at the top of the page.....
It's tagged at the end of the stickie thread, so it may not be found very easily to someone who doesn't know it is there.

The one I provided is by Medtronics and it is pretty generic.
So, feel free to add to it if you have any further info from your Manufacturer that differs from what I've put up there.

The first section is for the TRIAL, and the second part is for the PERMANENT
