Sorry to here about the bad luck with your SCS. I hope the pain you are having is something you can live with until they can fix the lead.

I would ask from your Dr. office a letter with all the names that O.K.'ed your revision date for the 31th of this month. Then who canceled this your Doctors office or the place that the surgery was to be preformed at.

Who every decided to canceled this should pay your deductible knowing that you needed to get this done this year.

Someone owes you a letter with names telling why it was canceled as to a very good reason why besides making someone late for a party. After all they are getting paid all over again for their fu. If that day is out then which day before the end of the year is going to work. Don't back down make it hard for them to put you off til next year. Write them a letter telling them so that you will be available at a moments notices that it needs to be and will get done this year or the whole thing is on the house. Now they have only 24 hrs to get back with you. Write in big bold letters on the envelope THIS IS TIME SENSITIVE and requires a response with-in 24 hours. Pay to have it special delivery to both places Dr. office and where the surgery is to take place at. Each place needs to sign for the letter preferably a manger. This cost a few bucks now but much cheaper then 2k next year. Make a copy of everything before sending. Now Wait. You will get a answer one way or the other in less then 24 hours. Also if you can put cc. on the bottom of the letter to a lawyer that you mite have used in the past or are using now so they know you mean business. Make them reply in writing so you have a record to there response so it is not hear say. Just a thought

Hat is wrong for you, ruby shoes are not exactly my color, and because of some weirdness between Colorado and Kansas, even though I went to law school in Kansas, I would have to take the Bar Exam to be allowed to represent you there. That is what I meant about being admitted. Usually, due to reciprocity between states, lawyers can come in on a limited basis to do a case, not so as between Colorado and Kansas. Oh well. But I would be willing to take the exam for you!

They better get this revision right, they just need to take care of you so the device can do its magic the way it is supposed to. I wish you had paddles, because I have this sense they would be the better fix.

I believe Rae is in the OR next week, the 26th. She is getting ready, training her twins to handle the horses, getting stocked up on reacher grabbers. Gosh if we had a means through NeuroTalk, we could all mail her one so the supply would SURELY be sufficient!:D If I knew how, I would find a "reacher-grabber icon" and drop it in right here..... at least she could have a cyber supply.

I sure hope and pray that this works WELL and Rae is restored to better pain management through electronics!

Rrae~ I will pray that all goes well for you and everything gets worked out like it should. I can only imagine the type of pain your in and I send you soft and gentle :hug:'s. Hang in there miss lady I know God has a plan for all of us and he will see you through.
