Jackiey, I just recently received a prescription for the cream and I actually love it once I get past having it applied (this stuff is super cold!!!). I just have to watch my dogs, as they like to lick things and I know this will kill them.

I am a bit nervous about tomorrow's appointment, but I am writing out all my questions and sharing the information with my husband. They did call to confirm my appointment for tomorrow morning, and I asked them a few questions and they said that they are very valid questions but to ask the doctor tomorrow morning or they could re-schedule the block. I told her I would keep the block appointment, as the doctor did say 2 blocks in a 2 week interval as opposed to canceling and scheduling an office visit. I will just ask him tomorrow prior to the procedure and if he decides to cancel, I would let take it from there.

I am going to ask about the Ketamine therapy treatment. I don't believe I have been given this information or option, so I am interested to see what they say.

I will let you all know how it goes, and I want to say thank you to everyone! I am so glad I found this board, and so far, it seems as though it is a good information site as well as a venting site. It's kind of nice to "be with" people who understand, who has similar anger due to the illness. It's nice not having to "watch" what one says because people understand.

We have all been there, known that, as to the variety of treatments of our conditions. I, too, have a prescribed cream, Lipoderm, which is intended for topical direct treatment of the aches that can occur with exertion even having a stim. It works well.
