Heart Hey Karen

I could not open the Twitter Tweet, maybe because I have not become a Twitite, still living in the 20th.... or is it the 19th century.

Anyway no apologies necessary. I have a Mother, a wife, and a daughter, all of whom have lived that life of cycles. Our daughter is late teens, so she has much ahead of her. My wife knows whereof you write, and I have been alongside her. Life does move on. I just try my best to be supportive. Guys gotta be brought into the communication equation so they can try better to understand...... even if for their guyness, they do not want to know some things, because the root of marital discord in some situations IS that very lack of the taboo knowledge and compassion. Nuff said probably.

SO SO glad you are communicating here, for keeping this life line open is imperative to having a place to share with those who care, even if it is cyberspace and we are many time zones apart. When I went through horrid crisis style depression a year ago due to, in part, the withdrawal from the pain meds, I was not prepared for the possibility. I plummeted as a stone so low so rapidly the people nearest to me became vitally concerned. It was very much the case of shutting myself down to the world, as I was contemplating evil things written about on my thread in the October November time frame. It was my workmen's comp lawyer who instructed my wife to get me into emergency or in front of my pain management doc STAT.

She did follow through. I am here to write to you. This is why I reacted so out of grave concern [not a pun] when your mood went south. Outside help is the only hope for such situations...... even if you think a 50ish period is the root, sharing the scenario with your doc is the means to a practiced view to your situation. This I understand from experience.

Urging you to see Doc. OK? Just to make sure.

CARING LOADS,
Prayin too,
