Default Date set, ready to go!

Last Friday my insurance officially approved the full SCS implant - so I'm good to go. I am scheduled for this Friday (Fri the 13th.....I'm not superstitious - but the date does make me a little nervous ) at the wee hour of 6AM. I am a BIG fan of early am surgery times - as the surgeon is fresh, hasn't not fallen behind on other patients, and most importantly I don't have to suffer an inordinate amount of time sans food/liquid - so I am very happy about the 6AM time slot. My trial was done at 3pm - and by the time I was done I had a "lack of caffeine" headach from Hell. Anyways, I am slightly nervous (I know its gonna hurt before I get better), and mostly excited to begin the journey of getting some of my life back. I know I haven't been here long, but would appreciate some thoughts and prayers for my big day
