Another thing you may already be doing; that is to get something to raise your feet when sitting. I have one at the kitchen table/computer. Also, take a box to put under table at restaurants. Even with numbness; the circulation is soooo important. Also, the support/circulation men's knee hi stockings. I am really sounding like a nag, nag, nag,. Because I care,
