Default yeahhhhh...Mark!!!

Oh Thank You God for pain meds....we push ourselves because today we can. Perhaps there was a need for you to touch the lives of those who offered help to a stranger....how grand to look back at their kindness.

I am so thrilled you are engrossed in your profession (I am jealous)....no forgiveness necessary...more like celebration!! Maybe schedule in breaks to let your mind wander to the lake memories of last summer...just some minutes of stillness to take care of yourself.

You are much loved
HB
