I agree with Mark completely. Take care. I know the feeling of not driving. Do miss it as well; but eventually just got use to the idea of being chaufeured. Not all that bad. Really !!!

Saffy do you mind if I ask you why/whom did you have to return your car to? Was it a rental you had? I think I might have gotten lost along th way.

Please please speak with someone like we said before. You shouldn't have to go through all this on your own. If you feel you need to self harm then you really should seek professional help. something isn't right. Is it your meds? Could it be that they are interfering with your thinking? Like they do when you drive after t asking meds? I dunno but I do know you need to get to the bottom of it and try to help yourself. Just my thoughts :hug:
