I have had several programming tweaks and cannot figure out WHY they cannot get my stim to turn up. It gets to a certain level and then tops out about 1/2 of where I need it to be. I have12 new programs. I checked them all with my programmer before I left (mind you this is an hour drive), and they worked great get home, and I get five I can use comfortably. Anyone have this problem and what they heck can I do about it? I am getting frustrated. I mean supposedly there are infinite combos. Why can I not find ones to work correctly?!!! I'm starting to feel like I'm bugging my origrammer, but I want to feel well.
Anyone have similar issues? Any tips on how to resolve????? TK ![]() |

I am sorry Kaye about the stim programming issues you have faced. That has to be VERY frustrating!! To lots of folks on here I will sound like the proverbial scratched record which plays one phrase over and over; however, as Coral Toe and I know, programming yourself may, emphasize may, be an alternative. She and I are the onliest folks I know to be allowed to program ourselves, and I have never needed a tweak or a help me out again session. I just haven't.....
So, you could ask about programming...... yourself, prayin too, Mark56 ![]() |

Yup - agree with Mark on this one....only you know your pain, and what the stim feels like. Ask to self-program - it will take a little bit for you to see how it all works, and then A LOT of trial and error, but at least you can see for yourself how you can change the settings and how they affect the sensation.

Heck, don't feel like you're bothering the rep. It's been a huge undertaking to get this unit and you NEED it to work for you. If they can't get the amplitude up high enuf to cover the areas, then they need to get it right.
It's wierd that the programs worked right, and then when you got home, they didn't. It's also a bummer that you have to drive an hour each time you have a tweak. I wish I had some words of wisdom. Just keep working with the reps. There has to be some reason why the programs don't work once you get home. Do the five programs that work do a decent job of covering? I hope you can get to the bottom of this SOON! Rae ![]() |
