Yep, we ALL are guilty of this from time to time. 2 days ago I was at Walmart sitting on a stool at one of those photo things getting some pictures developed (300 to be exact! ) it took 2 hours! I paid the price DEARLY the next day...........just from sitting on that uncomfortable STOOL!

I intend to have all my gizmo attachments in my gizmo bag hanging around me with my ID very present.
I am fairly sure all will be well...just gotta ask you guys and gals cuz you are the only ones that can relate.

all my best to everyone this season

I am traveling to Panama the middle of Jan., called my Boston Scientific rep and it was suggested I go thru the body check rather than scanner as the scanner may change some of my settings. I will opt for the body pat down as I love my settings and don't want them to change on me. Good luck on your trip and please let us know how it went. drcandy

Pat down because scanner may change settings......

Gotta admit the Boston Sci rep in question may have seen too many B movies.... I have been through all possible airport and courthouse scan thingies and nothing has affected this setup... But then I am just one person in a cast of many thousands. It just seems to exacerbate fear when a rep says "avoid this." Especially when experience with the "avoid thises" have not borne out for others.

Makes me wonder if they will hand out such warnings, then why will they not enable more of us to program the workins in our bodies since WE FEEL THE PAIN...... Show me a rep willing to talk honestly through that one with me and I might be willing to listen.

Panama in Jan., may it be a WONDERFUL trip!!

Oh, and Jackiey???? I had not even THOUGHT of the possibility of FLASHING a TSA guard. Wow [of course, flashing probably has a meaning different in the US than in Ireland.... but it put a smile to my face.]

May your time in Panama be full of fun and adventure! We will surely want to know how it went!
.....I once had a friend who got kicked out of Panama, but that's another story all together. No one would even believe me anyway
