I bet that the kitties love it!!! I remembered right away about those squiggly laces my lil sissy used to wear them in the 90's great idea! Told my other half bout the bbq tongs he laughed so hard and reminded me to use the old ones! I will definitely pick up those laces this weekend when im out in Phoenix. I hope i replied in the right spot still trying to learn all the buttons on here lol. Thanks so much!

Wibley i have only one issue with my stimulator on higher settings feels like my tummy is gonna jiggle out of my body, but I have only one setting now and i return for follow ups on the 28 and the 2nd. Im certain that they will work it out. My doctor only had me out for 1 week but i was out for 10 days and somedays even though i can sit, stand and walk as needed I get very exhausted by 3pm. I too wish you a speedy recovery and all the best! Thank you.

Mark 56 My other half....wedding is in May postponed it from April 1until i feel better, thinks you're hilarious we totally watch that show. I can see me dropping stuff on the floor and having those guys follow me around to see if its interesting or unique! I appreciate making me laugh. I have been a grumpy bum lately and I think happy people are healthy people!

Cool Hi Rockabella!

So glad to see you've settled in to this awesome little forum!
I'm usually on here pretty regularly, but I've been MIA here lately.....circumstances

I hope you are feeling a bit better since you made your first post several days ago. How is the stim doing on your pain? I was amazed at how well this little device covered over my burning neuropathy/RSD. I know the first few weeks after surgery can be a bit of a downer, but you'll soon be buzzing up a storm and able to do the things you enjoy.

So you're getting married in May!! How wonderful! We'll have to throw you one of our 'cyber parties'

It's nice to have you with us!

Rae

Default a couple of replies from TK

First Nanc, I applaud you for going to work a week and a half! I am 5 days post op just my cervical stim. It works great, but every muscle in my neck is in constant pain. The collar is awful. I did finally have to commence recliner sleeping due to NO shut eye for four nights. Anyway, Nancy you are awesome!!

Rockabella, sounds like you did as well as I did on my 1st one. Be careful with flip flops. I had a revision due to them. I have none. I'm glad you're doing great. Keep it up! I had stomach stim and it sucked. I did not like it!

Hope things continue to improve for you!!

Thanks TK, I tend to be a little hard-headed and stubborn...I pay for that later sometimes

I stayed in the recliner during my recoveries (implant and revision)...there was no sleeping or lying in the bed for me! Sorry your neck is hurting so much, hope you start feeling better real soon!

Thanks for the tips on the flip flops! Been in flats mostly Its been very hot the last week. I do need to call Dr. today I think my incision is not doing well. Not to much pain but still open and a little bit weepy and I'm uncomfortable. Did anyone have trouble healing where the battery/generator went in? My spine incision is wonderful!
