I guess I can hold on until Friday. I feel worse each day but the surgical site looks fine and I am not running a fever. I was told I could turn the device back on yesterday and that has at least lowered the lower body pain. Nothing helps the surgical site or lower lumbar. I'll be staying in Louisville, at my younger daughter's until I am satisfied that everything that can be done, is done. Hugs all around.

Default hmmmmmm

I posted hours ago and I never came up. Anyhow, update time. There appears to be no infection which is great. The problem appears to be that the device has moved and is causing the pain. I am having surgery in two weeks. The device will be removed and implanted in a different location. Since I have had such good results in eliminating the sciatica, he wants to keep it in there. I agree. It's going to be another outpatient procedure but he is going to use general anesthesia this time. He doesn't want to hear me running my mouth again, I am certain. I guess I will stay with Abigail for a few days, post op, during the worst of the post op discomfort. Things are looking up and I can bite the bullet a little longer. Thanks for the prayers and words of encouragement. Hugs all around.
