Default problems

I see the surgeon on Tuesday and was advised to bring a bag. I haven't been around for weeks because I have been ''sick''. I didn't go to the doctor because the surgical site looked good and there was no fever. If I went there every time I felt sick, I would live there..

We will skip the gorey details but I knew there was trouble and called pain man, asking for an emergency appt. I don't do that. Bless his heart, he came in from an at home vacation, examined me and had had a phone conference with the surgeon and Medtronic rep. I spent the afternoon having all sorts of tests run and it looks like I have an infection that is devise related. My daughter is coming up from Tennessee to take me up to see him. I will take a bag so I can stay with my other daughter until this is settled. Cross your fingers. Hugs all around.

Oh no!!! I pray that it is something that can be fixed and you will not lose your device! I know you've had great success with it. Prayers and hugs my friend!

The ironic thing is I never suspected that sort of infection. The device was working fine and buzzing away. The surgeon is in Atlanta for the basketball games. I sure was hoping Louisville would lose on sunday. I need some better luck.

Crazy Geeze, Spine...

I'm real sorry to hear this. I sure hope your body isn't rejecting your unit.
You've certainly been through the mill and you sure didn't need this.
The prayers are mounting and we'll believe for the best in this situation.
I pray for HEALING and restoration in your body

Rest easy dear one....
