Heart It's been a while!!

Hey everyone

Yes it's been a while but life is just passing by so quickly and I'm trying to keep up.

Coming up to three years now since I had my implant and have to say its improving with age, like a fine wine. The longer the device is in the more 'secure' it feels and definitely hits most if not all of the spots that I require. My life has improved by about 50% or more, don't want to jinx it .

Since I've been on here last, we have moved house Dec 2012 and have a wonderful back garden. It's huge but my passion. I've been out and about in it trying to do loads and then killing myself in the process. As I say I feel good but then overdo it and wham bam thank you mam!!!!

I would never have been able for this before the implant. I'm also a grandmother to two gorgeous girls. Cara and Mae. Cara is coming up to 3 and Mae is 8 months.
I've been minding them for my daughter while she works, she is a school teacher so hours are not too bad, an e yesterday was my last day while school is out for Summer. It's exhausting but brilliant. Going to try to continue this in September as the o,see lady will be at Montessori for the mornings.

I never thought I would be able to do much, I try to do as much as I can, my husband is around most of the time so he is helping too otherwise I think I wouldn't be able to do it long term. But I'm determined not to hang around and let this pain take over my life like I used to. Life is way to short. I'm gonna just grin and bear and enjoy.

So that's an update on my life at present.

I hope you all are keeping well. I have been lurking when possible and trying to keep up but time has been limited. But now I've a bit more freedom and hope to catch up a bit more.

Take care

Jackie

happy to see you are doing
so well
time spent with the little ones
is exhausting but worth every
moment
wish i could say i was doing great
i'm doing what i can
where one time i wasn't limited
now i am
it will be as it may
the Lord still has me wake
be happy

Laugh

Jackie!
How WONDERFUL to hear from you, thanks so much for the update! I'm so happy to hear things are going so well. You are one HECK of a busy 'Nana'. My grandboy is 2 1/2 now and I absolutely love to 'hang out' with him . It's not like babysitting at all! He's such a cool dude.

I've been MIA too and I sure understand what you mean about life passing by too quickly. My twin boys graduated earlier this month and it's been nothing but chaos (the 'good' kind of chaos )

How wonderful that your unit is working so well! If it weren't for my unrelenting back spasms, mine would be the same report, but I have to turn my unit off when the spasms kick in.

It's great to have you 'back' and I too hope to be on here more regularly now.
