You mentioned you have a brother for support, is there anyone else to help you cope, even with the mental worry. I know the Social system is very different in the US to that here in Ireland and the UK but do they have support systems for people who need it? Is there anything like that you can avail of? Just because your children move out doesn't mean their mother stops worrying, at least that's what my Mam tells me.
I can't remember if you mentioned about your physical pain, typical me, I find it hard to remember anything.
