My temp which always used to be 36.8 is now always 37.5 or higher. I have just had another round of blood tests as they try to figure out what is going on.
I have on 3 separate occasions since the stim implant deliberately turned the stim off to see if the headache can abate some and yes, each time I turn it off the headache does reduce. I also remember I had nausea for some time but put that down to my headache and fever. What brand do you have? Mine is a Nevro Stenza HF.
I hope you can settle in with it sometime soon and you get the relief we all pray for.

I think I might stop reading your posts. :D:D:D One of the reasons they are considering using the Nevro for me is constant headaches caused by neck damage. Starting to sound like to fix one problem they give you another.

@Phil and the dang headaches - my apologies

Hi Phil, don't worry about headaches from the stim. Sorry man! We have established my increase in headaches are caused through the extreme anxiety I have suffered from in the last 6 or so months. I have had a really crappy time health wise and emotionally since the stim implant, none of which are related to the stim plant btw, it was all just coincidental. My headaches have returned to their usual status of just plain awful and occasionally unbearable and I have not turned the stim off for months. I was asking if anyone else had the same experience to see if it was the stim as we went through the process of elimination. Happy to report not stim related.:o

My wife had SCS two years ago which gave her problems after a few months because of swelling around the battery area. We went back again last year for a second surgery where they changed the battery and placed it on the other side of her body in her abdomen. After a few weeks fluid began to accumulate around/d the battery and incision areas which forced us to go back. The stimulator was cleaned etc but still the fluid keeps accumulating and draining from the points of incision. Also, there is a shooting pain in her chest which also shoots to her legs. She has been given all kinds of anti inflammatory drugs which have not helped. If any one has had these problems please get back to me. Thanks
