Default SCS or more meds?

First off I am scheduled for the Nervo trial in ten days.
I have had multiple surgeries over the last twenty years leaving me fused L3 to S1; a plate over L3 to L5 and auto fused per the doc at L5 to S1 and L5 is sliding backwards on S1 with a bulge between. I take three Oxycodone 10s three times a day and 1 mobic and still eat a lot of pain. I sell cars for a living and have trouble keeping my wits if I take more, but the pain is increasing to levels that are too much. My work and marriage are being effected so I need to make a change. SCS or more meds?
I have avoided SCS after reading that it really does not cover the lower back, but my PM says that the Nervo Senza does. Has any one had success with the Nervo and low back pain? I also have those great electric pains in my toes and testicles along with thigh pain. My worst pains come when laying down which seriously hinders sleep. I have read where a number of members here have patches and take higher doses of meds. I would be taking higher doses myself, but then my work would suffer. Selling cars is fast paced and you need your wits. My wife wants me to quit, but it's not easy finding an $80,000 a year job where I live. Which also begs the issue of cost. Are you kidding me? Even with insurance it will cost a ton. You guys are going to need to pay a little more for your cars.
So two real questions. Nervo and lower back pain relief? What level of meds before SCS?

Stick to the meds! I've tried an SCS unit and I have a pain pump now. While recovering from the implant surgery I swore I'd never undergo another surgery ever again. Well, I'm ready to get this thing out of me.

Do you mean the Pain Pump? I am getting ready for the Pain Pump trial. The SCS did not reach my pain. What do you not like about the pump? Thank you very much for your response.

I'm having a very difficult time with the side effects of the pump medicine. Also the pump itself is very uncomfortable.
I sent you a pm with my phone number and I would be more than happy to talk to you. You can ask me anything.
