Default Problems charging Nevro device for first time

Hi there
I’m after a bit of advice please. I had a Nevro Scs fitted on Thursday this week. My nurse couldn’t get the charger to connect but she said oh that could be due to post op swelling etc. I have a dressing over the site at the moment and as the battery is in my rear end I can’t feel it easily. I have been trying since yesterday to get the charger to connect and have got my husband to try too but nothing doing.
Did anyone else have this issue? And if so how did you overcome it?
Thanks
