Hi there
I’m after a bit of advice please. I had a Nevro Scs fitted on Thursday this week. My nurse couldn’t get the charger to connect but she said oh that could be due to post op swelling etc. I have a dressing over the site at the moment and as the battery is in my rear end I can’t feel it easily. I have been trying since yesterday to get the charger to connect and have got my husband to try too but nothing doing. Did anyone else have this issue? And if so how did you overcome it? Thanks |

Call your Nevro Rep on Monday and tell them. There might be something wrong with the paddle. I can charge my current one over the top of clothes and have no issue, but my previous charger was problematic connecting and it got worse and worse over time. They replaced it and I’ve had no issue charging ever since.

Hi, my wife has just had her implant and battery done as an inpatient, no home trial, but they couldn't connect the charger. Is this a common problem

From memory it has to be in a few days before you can connect to charge. Check with your provider
