Default ADA and Flying

Another important distinction is that airlines are NOT under the ADA. They need to follow the ACAA. That is why airlines can discriminate against people with psychiatric service dogs. If you have a PSD you have to have a letter and inform the airlines 48 hours ahead of time. You don't have to do this if your disability is physical. Pure discrimination and someday I will challenge it....I can't believe the ACAA law would hold up in court.
