Default Can my renter deny my ESA letter?

I live in California and recently got a letter from my phsyciatrist for an emotional support animal because I have an anxiety disorder. I got a baby chihuahua and love him and really feel like he is helping me by distracting me when I feel alone and etc.
I presented my letter to my manager from my trailer park which does not allow dogs. I am currently expecting a response from her, though she has a very short temper and I have a feeling she will say no about my puppy staying here.
Does she legally have the right to say my puppy has to leave?

(We're owners of the trailer we just rent the space.)
