Frown Fenix and Treats

I have treats that she likes. I dehydrate liver and cut it into small pieces, which she loves but she has a sensitive tummy and she only puts so much in to it. Then she just turns her head away. After that she will work but she does it for praise(and to go with me) not treats.
She spent yesterday with vomiting and liquid poops. We started her on Pepto per the vet. This calmed the gut. Then late last night she got hypoglycemic. I had to rub White Syrup on her gums to get sugar in her. Thank God the vet tech lets me have her cell phone number to call in case of emergency. Then she ate a small meal and today is droopy but not like yesterday.
I always panic when one of the fur babies gets sick.
