Cool training a emotional support dog

I am currently training my choodle in basic obedience, she is very calm and loves to go everywhere with me in her bag. I understand that a well behaved dog needs no additional training to be a upport dog, and that I will need a letter from my psyciatrist. My question is can training her to respond to sadness or anxiety with affection classify as providing a service and able me to get her under the service dog lable.... are there resources available on how to train your service dog?
