Default Need More

OK, I've only shared this information with one friend and they want nothing to do with me anymore but here goes. I have MS with lesions on the brain and spinal cord. I was numb in the private area for a while but I now have some of that feeling back. I can have a orgasm but it takes longer and I think my husband doesn't care to put that much time in. So I stay aroused all the time and I'm having sexual fantasies that are alot freakier than I normally would have. I shared some of those with a friend and lost the friend because they were so weird. I'm wondering if a lesion in a certain part of the brain can make you think like this or lose inhabitions.
