Default I need some advice from the men please.

Hiya! So I am lost int he world of blogging about sexual problems that arise with MS and other neurological disorders when the signals get crossed or shut down. Anyways... I am beginning a new article that deals with Erectile Dysfunction (fun subject I know).

So i am in the process of researching some things you can try to help, such as Kegel exercises for men, or electro stimulation. I am wondering if you guys have any advice you might like to share on things that have worked or things that have failed.

And has anyone tried the electrostimulation approach? I am curious how it worked.

So if you could please help me out here I would greatly appreciate it. Or if you are shy, you may PM me I promise not to use your name or anything in the article.

Thanks.
