a male to unable to gain an erection?
The medication is needed but so is a satisfying sex life with my spouse of 21 years!

It's possible, depending on the medications and/or interactions between them. Some information on potential side effects will be available on the drug information sheets that (should) come with your prescriptions. You can also look the meds up online or ask your pharmacist.

Since you've been married 21 years, you're also at that age when these things may start to happen anyway... It doesn't carry the stigma it used to; talk to your doctor, or see a urologist if you prefer to rule out other medical reasons.
