Thank you for the responses, its reassuring knowing there's a site to educate without embarrassment. Dr. Smith, my urologist is currently treating me for low blood testosterone levels and my wife injects me twice a week to increase these levels. I'll ask my urologist if it's necessary ( I've had numerous blood and urine tests taken in the past from his practice) or, if there has ever been an indication with my adrenal gland which may warrant an endocrinologist involvement.

Just as an aside, testosterone can be given through patches that are placed on the skin and changed daily. I'm sure your Dr. gave you your options. just a thought.
