Default difficulty in orgasm

I have parkinsons and due to that and SSRI's I use viagra to treat ED. I get good response with the viagra but then I find that I can't orgasm again for a couple of days. I also have a very decreased amount of ejaculate. I'd like to get there more often. The viagra now lets me start but I can't finish.

Welcome Jim,

Off the top of my head, are you drinking enough fluids, and has anyone checked your T levels?

There may be some advice in these articles: how to increase ejaculate (I have not reviewed them.)
