I hope you told your doctor everything you mentioned here. Too low cholesterol is not a good thing.

I went to the doc yesterday and the first thing that came out of his mouth was your labs are fine. I asked him about the testosterone and he said well every lab had a different range and the next course of action is to goto sex counseling bc he thinks it's a desensitized problem. Which is what I thought from the get go from porn and masturbation. I'm gonna lay off of that stuff. Hopefully that's the case and not anything else. *edit* is a good reference to what I was talking about.

In regards to the cholesterol his first question was oooo ummm what were they again. So after I told him what they were bc he obviously just looked if the lab marked high or low on them. He said o yea that's fine as long as you total is under 200. I tried to talk to him about it and he Said it's normal. So it was kinda frustrating bc I knew more then him by just using the internet. But I'm not gonna stress over it. Gonna change up my diet and not masturbate/porn and see how that works out.

Good thinking for yourself on your activities. I could say more but won't.

Down the road, consider looking at DHEA as it is a hormone produced in the adrenal glands and starts to decline at 20-30 yrs of age. I don't know if conventional MD's test this natural hormone in our bodies, but integrative MD's do. Once tested, it can be purchased otc. I found I was low in my 50's, when I first heard about DHEA. You can find a lot of info online too.
