Default Insomnia came back!

Alright, I'm new here (first post) and excuse me for any ignorance on my part. I have had insomnia since I was about 17. When I was 18 I started the process of trying to find a sleep med that helped. April of this year I stopped taking the sleep meds (Ambien was what I was on at that time) and I started sleeping fine with occasional Melatonin use. For the past month I have had a horrible time falling asleep at night and cannot sleep through the night anymore. '';////////////
