Frown Vivid dreams and night sweats

For the last few months, I have had trouble falling asleep. Once I fall asleep, I have extremely vivid dreams/nightmares and wake up completely covered in sweat at least once every night. On a number of occasions, I have had to change my clothes and sleep in a different place because of how wet my clothes and bedding are. The dreams themselves have been so realistic that I have to convince myself they weren't real every time I wake up. And they've just been awful and full of anxiety and they're making me not even want to fall asleep in the first place.

I have migraines and take a number of medications but I haven't changed any of the medicines in the last six months. It was happening occasionally at first, but for the last month it has happened every night. Because of this, sleeping is no longer refreshing and I wake up more tired than I was before I fell asleep. Please help!
