Default Hypersomnia

OK, you can see by my signature my tail of woe. I just went through a case of "freshmanitis" diagnosing myself with MS. My neurologist said no but what do they know? OK, my attempt at cheap humor.

I am sad all the time and we are working on that issue. However lately I sleep more and the more I sleep the more I have to sleep. I just got up from a 4 hour nap (not unusual) and I'll still be ready for bed around 9 tonight. Part of it is I don't have to deal with the world and be so fricken bored if I am asleep. It makes the day pass and I don't have to deal with it. (maybe this should be under depression) I plan my days around being able to sleep. I do use a CPAP at night and sleep until my dog's tummy alarm goes off at around 4.

My craniotomy was 5 years ago. My neurologist said I have had a lot of mini strokes since then. So what gives?

Discuss.
