Default Sleep problems

I usually sleep 3am in the morning now my classes starts a bit early. How do you guys deal with it when you can't sleep?

That depends on why you're not sleeping. Is the reason purely physical (e.g. pain, brain chemistry), psychological (e.g. anxiety, other), or something else?

I stopped fighting it. For anxiety, I get up and distract myself (mind) until I get sleepy enough.

For bad pain nights, a very low dose (10 mg) of amitriptyline usually works.
