Hi Dabbo,
Im not sure either what you have. I know with my previous two sleep studies, my first one I had very little REM (I had to sleep on a flat bed which I cant with my back), and on the second I had NO REM (on an adjustable hospital bed). That was a bad night. They didnt say much about it tho. I have another sleep study coming up with a sleep specialist this time instead of a resident neurologist. I might have better answers. I hope you can get better answers. I know even with my cpap I still fall asleep a lot during the day. HUGS Gina Marie
